Okay, here’s my blog post about the WVU football stadium:
So, the other day, I was trying to find some good pictures of the WVU football stadium, Milan Puskar Stadium. I wanted something to use as my desktop background, you know? Something to show off my Mountaineer pride!

I started by just Googling “WVU football stadium”. I figured that would give me a bunch of options, right? Well, I got a lot of pictures, but most of them were either too small, too blurry, or just not the angle I wanted.
Then I remembered that the stadium has an official name. So I refined to searched for “Milan Puskar Stadium”. The search results turn a better direction for me.
I get lots of choices of photos, such as aerial views during the game.
Digging Deeper
Then, I start to get into some detailed stuff from the photos, like the stadium, seats, screen, lights, and the field. The official capacity is 60,000, completed in 1980, and named for Milan Puskar. I also saw some really cool shots of the stadium at night, all lit up. That looked awesome!
Here is what I did:
- First I do the search on internet.
- And then, I read and look around the website, and get what I wanted.
- Finally, I got what I need.
Anyway, it was a fun little project. It’s amazing how much you can learn about a place just by digging around online. Now I’ve got a sweet new desktop background, and I learned a thing or two about our stadium. Go Mountaineers!
