Okay, so I saw the news that WWE SmackDown was coming to Pittsburgh in 2024, and I was like, “No way, I gotta be there!” I’m a huge WWE fan, have been since I was a kid. The Bloodline, the drama, the whole shebang – I’m all in. So, first thing I did was hop online to check the dates.
Found out it’s happening in January. Perfect! I figured I better get on it and start planning because these tickets are gonna go fast. I started looking up ticket vendors and comparing prices. Also, I had to check my schedule to make sure I didn’t have anything else going on.

Then, I hit up my buddies. I’ve got a few friends who are also into wrestling, so I sent out a group text, “Yo, SmackDown’s coming to Pittsburgh! Who’s in?” A couple of them were immediately on board. We started throwing around ideas about which seats to get, where to meet up beforehand, you know, the usual planning stuff.
After a few days of back and forth, we finally decided on a date and a seating area. We went with some decent seats in the lower bowl. Not too close, not too far. We wanted to see all the action but also didn’t want to break the bank. It took some time to compare different platforms to find a relatively fair deal.
- Checked the dates.
- Compared the ticket prices.
- Texted my friends.
- Decided on seats.
- Bought the tickets.
Once we had the tickets, it was all about the anticipation. We started talking about which wrestlers we were most excited to see. Of course, The Bloodline was at the top of the list. But there were also some rumors about CM Punk being there, which got us all hyped up. It took a long time to wait. I watched some old matches on YouTube to keep the excitement.
The Big Night
Finally, the day arrived. We met up at a bar near the arena for some pre-show drinks and food. The atmosphere was electric. Everyone was pumped. We got to the arena, found our seats, and the show started. It was amazing! The crowd was insane, the matches were awesome, and seeing it all live was just a whole different experience. There were some great moments, Bayley had a fight with Bianca Belair, and of course, The Bloodline didn’t disappoint. There was also a surprise appearance that totally blew us away. It was a night we won’t forget, that’s for sure. We grabbed some merch on the way out, and I’m still wearing my Bloodline shirt all the time.
