Well, listen up, gonna tell ya ’bout this WWE thing in Las Cruces, yeah, that place. Heard they had a big ol’ show, wrestlers smackin’ each other around. Folks went and watched, paid good money I bet.

They say it was at the Pan American Center, big place I reckon. They got all sorts in there, basketball, concerts, and now this wrasslin’. These fellas, they jump around and pretend to fight, or maybe it’s real, hard to tell sometimes. But the folks, they cheer and holler like it’s the real deal.
- One fella, they called him Seth Rollins. Supposed to be the champ or somethin’. Fought some other guy, Drew McIntyre. Don’t know ’em from Adam, but they say they’re famous. Average age, 35 somethin’. Young pups, I tell ya.
- Then there was this Cody Rhodes, American Nightmare they call him. Sounds like somethin’ my nephew would come up with after eatin’ too much candy. He was fightin’ that McIntyre fella too, grudge match they said. Don’t know what they was grudgin’ about, probably over a piece of pie.
They had other fellas too, Jey Uso, Dominik Mysterio, names sound like somethin’ from a comic book. And the women, they were in on it too. Raquel Rodriguez, Nia Jax, Rhea Ripley. Big girls, strong as oxen, probably lift a tractor if they wanted to. Fightin’ for some kinda belt, women’s world champion or somethin’.
This wasn’t the first time they had this wrasslin’ in Las Cruces. They come every so often, like a traveling circus. Folks get all excited, buy their tickets, fill up the place. Guess it’s somethin’ to do, beats sittin’ around watchin’ the paint dry.
Now, this here WWE, they go all over the place. Mexico, Rio Rancho, Las Cruces. They pack up their ring and their costumes and travel around, entertainin’ folks. Must be a hard life, always on the road. Don’t know how they do it, sleepin’ in hotels, eatin’ who knows what. Probably miss their mamas.
They say this show was a Supershow, whatever that means. Probably means it was bigger than usual, more fellas, more fightin’. Folks seemed to like it, clapped and cheered and all that. Guess they got their money’s worth.

This WWE thing, it’s been around a long time. Since 2004, maybe longer. They started in Mexico, then went all over. Guess people like watchin’ other people pretend to fight. I don’t get it, but to each their own, I always say. If it makes ’em happy, then let ’em be.
So, that’s the story of the WWE in Las Cruces. Fellas jumpin’ around, women yellin’, folks cheerin’. Another day, another show. Life goes on, you know. Gotta make a livin’ somehow, even if it means pretendin’ to punch someone in the face.
