Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into MLB The Show 24, and one of the things I was most hyped about was checking out all the legend players. I mean, who doesn’t want to play with some of the all-time greats, right?
Getting Started
First, I fired up the game and spent some time just poking around the menus. I wanted to see where all the legends were hiding. It took a bit of digging, but I eventually found them scattered across a few different modes.

Finding the Legends
- Franchise Mode: I started a new Franchise and, yep, you can totally add legends to your roster. It’s pretty cool to mix current players with some classic heroes.
- Diamond Dynasty: This is where things get really interesting. You gotta earn these guys through packs, rewards, and stuff. It’s a grind, but snagging a top-tier legend for your Diamond Dynasty squad feels amazing.
- Exhibition Mode:Of course If I just wanted a quick game, I could pick a classic team or create a custom one full of legends. Easy peasy.
My Experiment
I decided to focus on building a killer Diamond Dynasty team. I spent a good chunk of time playing games, completing challenges, and opening packs. Slowly but surely, I started to collect a few legends. It’s not a fast process, but it’s super rewarding when you finally get that one player you’ve been chasing.
I even tried to created a custom team with my favorite legend players in Exhibition Mode.
The Feeling
It’s hard to describe the feeling of pitching with a legend, or stepping up to the plate with a guy you watched growing up. The game does a great job of capturing the unique styles and abilities of these * is amazing!
Still Grinding
Honestly, I’m still working on unlocking all the legends I want. It’s gonna take time, but that’s part of the fun. It gives you something to aim for, and every new legend you add to your squad feels like a major victory.
It feels like a long way to go, but I am so exciting!
