Okay, so let me tell you about my 2023 Immaculate WWE journey. It was a rollercoaster, man, a real grind.
It all started like this. I saw some guys online pulling crazy Immaculate Grid cards, and I thought, “Hey, I can do that!” Famous last words, right?

First, I went deep into the checklists. I mean, REALLY deep. I downloaded all the checklists and started highlighting, crossing out names, anything to give me a visual. I needed to know who wrestled where, who tagged with who, the whole nine yards.
Then came the spreadsheet phase. Yep, I created a massive spreadsheet listing every wrestler I could think of, along with their accomplishments, tag team partners, and any other relevant info. It was a beast, but it was my beast. I manually input every single data entry, because I didn’t trust just copy and pasting. I wanted to actually see the data, so it’d stick in my brain.
Next up was watching old matches. Oh god, the matches. Hours upon hours of YouTube, Peacock, anything I could find. I was watching old Raw, Smackdown, and even some random PPVs from the ’90s. My wife thought I’d lost it, but hey, gotta do what you gotta do. I would pause the videos constantly, jotting down notes on the wrestlers I saw, the teams they were in, and the championships they won. I would write down the time and date of the specific moment too.
The worst part? Remembering the obscure stuff. Like, who held the Hardcore title for five minutes? Or who was a one-day tag champ? That stuff drove me nuts. I ended up making flashcards with obscure facts on one side and the answer on the other. Old school studying, man.
I started playing the grid, and let me tell you, it wasn’t pretty at first. I bombed a bunch, getting like, 3 out of 9. Embarrassing, I know. But I kept at it, using my spreadsheet and my memory to try and crack each square.
Slowly but surely, I started improving. I began to recognize patterns and common answers. And it became more enjoyable. I still got stumped, though. There were days when I spent hours staring at the grid, completely blanking out. I would sometimes ask my friends if they knew any wrestlers that I could put in, so they could help me out.
One thing I learned: the community is awesome. I joined a few WWE Immaculate Grid groups online, and people were sharing tips and tricks. It was really helpful. It’s kind of nice to know that there are other people out there going through the exact same struggle as you.

Finally, I hit my stride. I started getting immaculate grids more often. It felt amazing, like all the hard work had paid off. It was kind of like a drug, always chasing the next high of getting a rare wrestler in the grid.
Lessons Learned:
- Do your research. Know your stuff.
- Don’t be afraid to look up answers. Nobody expects you to know everything.
- Join a community. Sharing tips and strategies can be a huge help.
- Be patient. It takes time to get good at it.
- Have fun! It’s just a game, after all.
So, yeah, that was my 2023 Immaculate WWE experience. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun. Would I do it again? Probably. I’m a sucker for punishment, I guess.
