Okay, so I’ve been trying to find some wrestling shows that give me the same vibes as WWE Raw. I’m a huge Raw fan, but sometimes I just want something… different, you know? So, I started digging around, and here’s what I did.
My Search Begins
First, I just started by googling “shows like WWE Raw”. I figured that was the easiest way to get a broad overview of what’s out there. I got a bunch of results, some helpful, some not so much.

I jotted down the names of some shows that popped up repeatedly: AEW Dynamite, Impact Wrestling, and even some older stuff like WCW Nitro. I didn’t want to just jump into anything, though. I wanted to make sure it had that same kind of energy and excitement as Raw.
Diving Deeper
Next, I went to YouTube. I figured seeing some clips would be the best way to get a feel for these shows. I searched for each show I had written down and watched a few highlight reels. I was specifically looking for:
- Big personalities: I love the characters in WWE, so I wanted to see if these other shows had wrestlers I could get invested in.
- Exciting matches: Obviously, the wrestling itself had to be good! I wanted to see some high-flying action and hard-hitting moves.
- Good storylines: I like the drama and the storylines in Raw, so I wanted shows that had some of that, too.
After watching a bunch of clips, I narrowed it down to a couple of shows that seemed promising. AEW Dynamite looked really good. It had a lot of familiar faces from WWE, and the matches seemed really intense. Impact Wrestling also caught my eye. It seemed a bit smaller-scale than Raw or AEW, but the wrestling looked solid, and they seemed to have some interesting characters.
Time To Watching
I decided to start with AEW Dynamite. I found out where it airs and tuned in for a full episode. I have to say, I was pretty impressed! The wrestling was top-notch, and there were definitely some characters I could see myself rooting for (or against!). It felt similar enough to Raw that I enjoyed it, but it also had its own unique flavor.
I then gave Impact Wrestling a try. The show was good. I thought the stories were interesting, although it didn’t quite have the same “big show” feel as Raw or Dynamite, but it was still entertaining.
My Wrestling Journey
So, that’s where I’m at now! I’m still a Raw fan, but I’ve found a couple of other shows that I can enjoy, too. It’s always good to have options, right? I still watch Raw when it airs, but when I want something different, I can try AEW. I’ll probably keep exploring other wrestling promotions too, just to see what else is out there.
If anyone have other suggestions, please let me know! I’m up to explore more.
