Alright, so I’ve been messing around with fantasy football again this year, and I gotta tell you about this Hollywood Brown situation. I was really hyped about him, you know?
The Initial Hype
First off, I drafted him in like, the 6th round of my main league. I thought I was getting a steal! Everyone was talking about how he was gonna explode with Kyler Murray throwing to him. The speed, the potential for big plays… I was all in.

The Reality Check
Then, the season started. And, well, it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what I was expecting.
- Some weeks he’d have, like, 5 catches for 60 yards. Okay, not bad.
- Other weeks? 2 catches for 20 yards. Total dud.
It was so frustrating! The inconsistency was killing me.I kept starting him, hoping for that breakout game, but it just felt like a rollercoaster.
The Trade Talks (and Dilemma)
So, I started feeling out some trades. I floated his name around the league, seeing what kind of offers I could get. I got a few bites, mostly people offering me other WR2/WR3 types, guys with similar ups and downs. I even considered packaging him with another player to try and snag a more reliable receiver, but I couldn’t quite pull the trigger.
The Decision (For Now)
After all that, I decided to hold onto him. At least for now.
I am still a bit high on him.
It’s a long season, and things can change quickly in the NFL. Maybe he’ll find his groove, maybe Murray will start looking his way more, who knows?

But I’ll tell you what, I’m watching him like a hawk. If he doesn’t show some improvement in the next couple of weeks, I might have to cut my losses and try to get something for him before his value completely tanks. It’s a tough call, but that’s fantasy football, right? Always keeping you on your toes.
