Alright, guys, let’s talk about Golfer and something called “vpl”. Now, I’m no golf pro, but I do enjoy hitting the links every now and then. And let me tell you, comfort is key when you’re out there for hours, swinging and walking and sweating. That’s where the whole “vpl” thing comes in.
So, “vpl” stands for “visible panty line”. Yeah, it’s a thing, even for us dudes. When you’re bending over to line up a putt or taking a big swing, your shirt can ride up, and if your undies are bunching or the waistband is showing, it’s not a good look. Not a huge deal, maybe, but it can be a little distracting, and honestly, who wants to be thinking about their underwear when they’re trying to sink a birdie?

First, I tried just wearing my regular boxer briefs. But those things were all over the place. Bunching up in the legs, waistband rolling down – it was a mess. I was constantly adjusting and pulling at them, and it was definitely messing with my game. Plus, on a hot day, that cotton was holding onto sweat like nobody’s business. Not pleasant.
- Attempt 1: Regular boxer briefs.
- Result: Bunching, rolling waistband, sweat-soaked. Not good.
Next, I figured I’d try some of those “performance” boxer briefs. You know, the ones made from that slick, moisture-wicking material. They were definitely better than the cotton ones. Less bunching, for sure. But I still had some issues with the waistband. It wouldn’t always stay put, especially when I was really torquing my body during a swing. And, they were a little too snug for my liking. I felt like I was being squeezed the whole time.
- Attempt 2: Performance boxer briefs.
- Result: Less bunching, but still some waistband issues, and a bit too tight.
Then I found these “boxer brief with a built-in pouch”.The pouch kept everything in place, no more adjusting. And the waistband was wide and flat, so it stayed put, no matter how much I moved. Plus, the fabric was super breathable and kept me cool and dry, even on the hottest days. It felt comfortable!
- Attempt 3: Special boxer brief with a built-in pouch.
- Result: It’s a great product!
So, there you have it. My journey to conquer the dreaded “vpl” on the golf course. It might seem like a small thing, but trust me, when you’re out there trying to focus on your game, the last thing you want to worry about is your underwear. Find what works for you, and you’ll be a lot more comfortable and confident on the course. I’m now able to fully enjoy golfing.
