Okay, so I’ve been trying to get into this “beast mode” thing with WWE, you know, really push myself. I started by picking a wrestler I liked, someone with a real powerhouse style.
I started by watching a bunch of matches, just to get a feel for the moves and the energy. It’s not just about lifting weights, right? It’s about that intensity.

My Workout Routine
- Monday: Chest and Triceps. Lots of bench presses, incline presses, and push-ups. For triceps, I did close-grip bench presses and those overhead dumbbell extensions. Man, those burn!
- Tuesday: Back and Biceps. Pull-ups are killer, but I’m getting better. Also did a lot of rows – barbell rows, seated cable rows. For biceps, it was all about curls, hammer curls, and concentration curls.
- Wendesday:Rest.
- Thursday: Legs and Shoulders. Squats, squats, and more squats! Leg presses too. For shoulders, I did overhead presses, lateral raises, and front raises. Felt like my legs were gonna fall off.
- Friday: Full Body Circuit. This was tough. I did a mix of everything – burpees, push-ups, squats, lunges, rows, and some core work. Really pushed myself to keep going.
- Saturday: Rest, or a bit of light activity like walking. Needed to let my muscles recover.
- Sunday:Rest.
I followed that routine pretty strictly. I mean, I missed a day here and there, life happens, but I tried to stay consistent. I also tried to eat more protein, you know, chicken, fish, that kind of stuff. And lots of water. Lots.
The first couple of weeks, I was sore all the time. Seriously, just walking up the stairs was a challenge. But I kept at it. I started to notice I could lift a little heavier, do a few more reps. That felt good, like I was actually making progress.
It’s not just about the physical part, though. I found that working out like this, really pushing myself, it helped with my focus, my energy levels, even my mood. It’s like I had more drive, more…beast mode, I guess.
I’m still working on it. I’m not gonna be wrestling anytime soon, but I feel stronger, more confident. And that’s a pretty good feeling.
