Okay, so yesterday I dove headfirst into this “dynasty daddy nfl wordle” thing. Heard some chatter about it online and figured, why not give it a shot?
First off, I googled around a bit. Wanted to make sure I understood the rules. Basically, it’s like regular Wordle, but NFL themed. You gotta guess an NFL player’s name, and the game gives you hints based on position, team, division, and all that jazz. Seemed simple enough.

I started by just brainstorming some popular players. I typed in “Mahomes” for my first guess, you know, gotta go with the big names. Turns out, he wasn’t the right answer. But, I got some hints! It told me the correct player was also a Quarterback, and in the AFC, but not the Chiefs. Okay, narrowed it down a bit.
Next, I thought about other AFC quarterbacks. “Allen” came to mind, so I plugged that in. Nope. But hey, I got another hint! This time, it said the player was in the AFC East. Alright, now we’re cooking with gas!
Started racking my brain for AFC East QBs. There’s… uh… Okay, I admit, I had to Google the rosters for a sec. Found out that Tua Tagovailoa was the Dolphins’ QB. Gave “Tagovailoa” a shot.
BAM! Green squares everywhere! Nailed it!
Honestly, it was pretty fun. A nice little brain teaser to start the day. I think I’ll try to make it a daily thing. Maybe I’ll even keep track of my win streak (or losing streak, who knows!).
Anyways, that was my “dynasty daddy nfl wordle” experience. Not exactly groundbreaking stuff, but a good time nonetheless.
Here’s a quick rundown of my process:
- Googled the game: Just to understand the rules.
- First guess (Mahomes): Went with a popular QB to get some initial hints.
- Second guess (Allen): Used the hints to narrow down the conference and position.
- Googled AFC East QBs: Had to cheat a little here, I’ll admit.
- Final guess (Tagovailoa): Victory!
Maybe tomorrow I’ll try guessing defensive players or something. Gotta keep it interesting, right?
