Okay, so I’ve been hyped about MLB The Show 25, and like many of you, I’ve been scouring the internet for any scrap of info on the release date. Here’s how I went about figuring it out, and what I found.
My Hunt for the Release Date
First, I started with the obvious: I checked the official MLB The Show website. Nothing concrete there, just the usual “coming soon” type of message. Disappointing, but not unexpected.
Next, I hit up all the major gaming news sites. I figured they’d have some insider info or at least some solid rumors. I scrolled through articles and skimmed headlines, but most of them were just repeating the same speculation.
Then, I dove into forums and Reddit threads. This is where things got interesting. Lots of fans were discussing potential release windows, and many were pointing to a pattern based on previous releases.
- MLB The Show 22 came out on April 5, 2022.
- MLB The Show 23 dropped on March 28, 2023.
- MLB The Show 24 was released on March 19, 2024.
See the trend? It’s generally released in late March or early April. Based on that, and seeing how MLB The Show 24 release, my best guess for MLB The Show 25’s release date is around late March or early April 2025. Of Course, this is just my educated guess.I’ll keep my eyes peeled and update when there is offical announces.
