Okay, so I wanted to get the Florence Falcons football schedule sorted out. Here’s how I went about it.
Finding the Schedule
First, I gotta find the actual schedule. You know, the official one. So I started with a simple search.

I figured, “Hey, the school or athletic association probably has it posted somewhere online.” It took a bit of clicking around, but I eventually landed on what looked like the official page.
Getting it Organized
Once I had the schedule in front of me, it was just a list, kinda messy. Dates, opponents, locations, all jumbled together. I wanted it to be cleaner, something I could easily look at and understand, or even add it to my calendar.
- I copied everything. Just highlighted the whole schedule and copied it.
- I opened up a spreadsheet.Could be any spreadsheet program, really.
- I pasted the schedule in.
Now, it was still a bit messy in the spreadsheet, but at least it was contained!
Cleaning it Up
This part took the longest. I had to go through each game and make sure the information was in the right columns.
- Made a column for “Date.” Pretty straightforward.
- Made a column for “Opponent.” Who the Falcons are playing.
- Made a column for “Location.” Home or Away game, maybe even the specific field.
- Made sure all of Times were set. Cleaned all times up.
I went row by row, making sure each piece of information was in its correct spot. It was a little tedious, but hey, now it’s nice and organized!
Having it all sorted out this way makes it so much easier to keep track of the games!
