Alright, let me tell ya ’bout this WWE thing in Spokane. People be talkin’ ’bout it, so I figured I’d share what I heard.
So, WWE, that’s wrestlin’, ya know? Big fellas, slammin’ and jumpin’ and all that. They got a show comin’ to Spokane, and folks is excited. Heard tell it’s at that big place, the Spokane Arena. Fancy name, ain’t it?
- They say it’s a “premier event facility.” Don’t know what all that means, but sounds important.
- Probably means it’s big enough for all them wrestlin’ folks to jump around.
Now, these tickets, they ain’t cheap. Heard prices go all over the place. Some as low as thirty-somethin’ dollars, but some cost a whole heap more. Like, hundreds, even thousands of dollars! Can ya believe that? For wrestlin’? I mean, I like a good show, but that’s a lotta money.
They say the average ticket is ’round five hundred and seventy-somethin’ bucks. That’s more than I spend on groceries in a month! Guess people really like watchin’ them fellas in their tight pants and all. To each their own, I always say.
This WWE thing, it’s part of some big company, TKO somethin’. They do shows all over. They was just in Tampa, Florida, I heard. Now they comin’ to Spokane in January. Good time for it, too. Nothin’ else goin’ on in January, right? Cold and gray outside. Might as well go watch some wrestlin’.
You can get tickets online, they say. TicketSupply, or somethin’. Just search for “WWE Spokane” and you’ll find it. They got all sorts of shows. Monday Night Raw, Friday Night SmackDown, WrestleMania… sounds like a whole lotta wrestlin’.
Now, I don’t know much about wrestlin’. Seems to me they’re just pretendin’ to fight. But folks get real worked up about it. Cheerin’ and booin’ and all that. Guess it’s like a soap opera, but with more muscles. And less cryin’, maybe.
They already had a show in Spokane earlier this year, in January. Guess it was popular enough to come back. People must like it. Maybe I should go check it out sometime. See what all the fuss is about.
So, if you’re lookin’ for somethin’ to do in January, and you got some extra cash lyin’ around, consider goin’ to see the WWE in Spokane. Just be prepared to spend some money on them tickets. And bring your earplugs, ’cause it’s probably gonna be loud!
